Recycle Renew Re Nique - Recycle Week 2019
This Monday the 11th of November marks the beginning of Planet Ark’s National Recycling Week. At Nique, we believe in the circularity of fashion and the importance of sustainability. In supporting this, we are proud to announce the launch of our Nique Recycling Program - Recycle, Renew Re Nique.
INITIATIVE ONE
We design timeless styles with longevity in mind, however, life is full of change and sometimes items that we enjoyed wearing, we no longer wear anymore. When this is the case, we’d like to close the loop by encouraging you to bring your pre-loved Nique garments into store to donate. We will take back your pre-loved items that you no longer wear and extend their lifespan, giving them a new life through upcycling, repairing, donating and recycling.
Any returns you make in store must be Nique garments, which can be in any condition providing they are freshly laundered. As a bonus, for each piece of Nique clothing donated, you will receive a $10 voucher to be used in store on your next Nique purchase.
INITIATIVE TWO
In addition to this recycling initiative, we have collaborated with GLIESE 504.
Gliese (504) is developed around up cycling/ re-
working dead-stock or pre-loved clothes. The objective of such activity is to counterbalance all the environmental issues by keeping textiles out of the
landfill. As a creative business, [there] purpose is not just of design to minimise

garments that can be worn or styled in different ways, with a higher emotional
