By paying attention to how you wash and care for your garments, not only will you extend their wearability and longevity, you will also be contributing to positive protection of our environment.
WOOLLEN COATS
Our signature coats and suiting are often made from wool, a renewable source that is biodegradable, breathable, and a natural insulator. Woollen pieces are an investment and do not require a high level of care and attention. They are timeless pieces and will be the pillar of your wardrobe for years to come.
KNITWEAR
We use the finest fabrications for our knitwear, from soft merino wool to featherweight cashmere. Caring for knitwear can seem a little tricky, but by following our care instructions you will be able to ensure the longevity of your knits and enjoy them for seasons to come.
SILK
Silk is incredibly soft yet it is the strongest of all-natural fibres. It is a temperature regulator and is hypoallergenic for those with sensitive skin. As it is a natural fibre,- it is biodegradable too. Although silk is strong, its surface is incredibly soft and requires care and attention to ensure the longevity and appearance of the garment.
CELLULOSIC
Rayon is an umbrella term used to describe the many different forms of cellulosic fabrics, which have been converted from raw materials through a chemical process. These fabrics have a beautiful drape and are known for their durability, soft touch and breathability. Cellulosic fabrics are biodegradable and an eco-friendly alternative to polyester. Although they are durable, it is because of their natural origins that they require a higher level of care and attention.
T-SHIRTS
We never underestimate the role of a good quality Tee at the core of everyday styling. Our selection ensures that we have the perfect T-Shirt for you. All of our core T-Shirt styles are created from carefully selected natural fibres, which make comfortable, high-quality garments. With care and attention, our T-Shirts make durable and long-lasting garments.
DENIM
Our denim is designed to fade and with each wear it will begin to evolve and develop unique characteristics. Denim will begin to form around the shape of your body and the way you wear it. The beauty of using indigo dyes is that, over time, areas of your denim will develop whiskers, often seen in areas where it creases and folds.
LINEN
Linen is incredibly strong, moth resistant and can withstand high temperatures. It is antibacterial and naturally absorbs moisture, making it water-wicking, keeping you cool and well ventilated in warm weather. A simple airing out will suffice if the garment is not dirty or stained and washing isn't required.
