Do you have a VIP Program?
Yes, if you spend $1000 aud or more, you’ll be added into our VIP database. Nique VIP’s are identified by their name and unique code. VIP’S receive 10% off on full price product in store and online. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any existing offers.

Where can I find more information regarding care instructions?
Care instructions are generally located in the inside seam of the wearers left. Please read more on knitwear and denim care instructions here

What payments options do you offer?
We currently offer payment via PayPal and credit card options.

What is your refunds policy?
If for any reason you need to return your product for an exchange, we will happily exchange your product for another item of equal value or different size within 2 week of receiving the item, please email esales@nique.com.au with your request and await our confirmation for return. Please make sure the item is unwashed/unworn and in new condition and please include a copy of your invoice or receipt with the item.

If you would like to return your new product for a full refund, please email esales@nique.com.au and await our confirmation. The return of any product will be at the customer's expense, and must be within 2 weeks of receipt by the customer, please make sure the product is unwashed and unworn and include a copy of the invoice or receipt with the item.

What if the size is incorrect, can it be exchanged?
If the customer returns the item within 2 weeks, we can exchange the size. Please email kayle@nique.com.au to confirm we have the size you need.

Shipping Information

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, our international carrier is TNT. All international orders have a flat rate of $30.00 AUD

The Nique online store services all corners of the globe, we will send out the goods via TNT international services. Air mail is the standard international delivery, with signature required upon delivery. Please provide up to date contact information so TNT can reach you if they are unable to delivery your parcel. Please be aware that your local customs office may hold your delivery for a period of time which is out of our control. Your customs office may also bill you (import tax & duties) depending on the total value of the goods, the receiver is responsible for this payment. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
