We have extended Christmas returns period.

PAYMENTS

Nique is an Australian based brand and business; all transactions are billed in Australian dollars.

Nique is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. If you place an order and this is detected as fraudulent we will firstly contact you to confirm if it was you that placed the order and if you want us go ahead. If we do not get a response from you we have the right to cancel this order. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee. We provide free delivery on orders to an Australian delivery address on all orders over $150AUD. Orders under $150AUD is a cost of $10. We also provide free delivery on orders to a New Zealand delivery address on all orders over $150AUD. Orders under $150AUD is a cost of $15. For more information on Delivery - please click here . 

Please allow 2-6 days shipping with any order during our Online Warehouse Sale. All Australian orders will be sent out with an Australia Post Regular Parcel Post satchel, but during times of high demand - such as sale - please allow for a couple of extra days to get your order dispatched and received. 
All international orders will be sent out with DHL ecommerce or Australia Post. 

Please be aware that your local customs office may hold your delivery for a period of time which is out of our control. Your customs office may also bill you (import tax & duties) depending on the total value of the goods, the receiver is responsible for this payment. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

ONLINE RETURNS

Returns must be unworn, with tags attached and within the 14 day returns period. Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Nique. If the item is deemed faulty, postage will be refunded. We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. Nique is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked.

• If for any reason whatsoever the winner is unable to redeem the prize as stated then the winner will forfeit their prize and will not receive another prize or cash in lieu of this prize.
• The prize is valued in Australian dollars.
